After joining Winfield Veterinary Hospital in 2021 as a veterinarian, she became the owner of the facility in 2023, managing two associate veterinarians and working closely with her husband, who plays an integral role in managing and maintaining the clinic, enabling Dr. Tucker to balance professional responsibilities with family life.

She also volunteered with Cowley County Humane Society.
Dr. Tucker’s career contributions have been recognized through numerous community-related veterinary awards. She attributes her success to an unwavering belief that anything is possible when individuals care for one another, a philosophy that continues to inspire her efforts toward improving conditions within veterinary medicine.
Apart from her career, Dr. Tucker enjoys raising farm animals, including cows, chickens, pigs and goats, with her husband and their two sons. Looking ahead, she intends to collaborate with other private practice owners through the American Veterinary Medical Association House of Delegates to advocate for legislative changes that promote ethical health care practices, limit private equity influence and address burnout among health care workers. She envisions establishing national standards for employee treatment and hospital management while focusing on direct consulting services for other veterinary hospitals across the country. Ultimately, Dr. Tucker aims to ensure lasting improvements within the profession by supporting both practitioners and patients alike.
