Dr. Karli is a leader in regenerative medicine who has garnered diverse experience in various areas of the medical field. Today, he is the founder of the Karli Center in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This state-of-the-art facility provides advanced regenerative treatments to patients, including stem cell regeneration.
Before launching the Karli Center in 2023, Dr. Karli established Greyledge Technologies in Miami as its chief executive officer in 2010. The clinical biotech company has locations in Florida at the Karli Center, Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Ohio and Arizona, with a new location opening soon in New York. The company focuses on autologous cell therapeutics, including platelet-rich plasma and bone marrow concentrate. As such, Dr. Karli and his team rely on natural healing mechanisms to enhance and/or support the treatment of disease.
When Dr. Karli began focusing on this specific area of medicine in 2010, his work was experimental. However, it has become much more popular over the past 15 years, mainly due to the concerns of steroid use and anti-inflammatory medications in invasive surgery. Due to a higher demand for safer, lower-risk, and less invasive treatment options for similar health issues, Dr. Karli’s work has become much more prevalent. He and his team are now working nationwide and in Europe and Asia.
Dr. Karli’s rich professional background began in 2001 as a clinical instructor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School, Harvard University, from 2001 to 2004. Subsequently pivoting into entrepreneurship, he became a partner at the Steadman Clinic, a well-known sports medicine practice in Vail, Colorado, between 2003 and 2023, where he spent 20 years treating patients. Dr. Karli then became an MD host of the Grant Cardone TV/Entrepreneur Network in Aventura, Florida, from 2017 to 2019. He also served as the founder and executive president of QAB Inc. in Vail, a medical device holding company developed to automate Greyledge Technologies’ bio-quantification platform, between 2013 and 2023.
In preparation for his future, Dr. Karli became highly educated, earning a Bachelor of Science in biology from Elizabethtown College in 1993 and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland in 1997. He then completed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency from Harvard Medical School, serving as chief resident, followed by a fellowship training in interventional pain management in athlete anesthesia at Harvard University. Returning to college years later, Dr. Karli received a Master of Business Administration with a focus in management from the University of Denver in 2012. In addition to his formal education, he holds board certification in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
As a dedicated medical professional, Dr. Karli has remained affiliated with several leading industry organizations, such as the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Medical Association, the International Spinal Injection Society, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Practitioners. He is also active civically with the National Arthritis Foundation.
Besides his primary work obligations, Dr. Karli has contributed numerous articles and textbook chapters as an expert in his niche area of medicine. He has also been invited to serve as a guest on several podcasts and is active on social media.
Eager for the future of his career, Dr. Karli hopes to continue progressing. His goals include leveraging the high demand for his work to devise better patient outcomes. Patients want cures, and Dr. Karli is confident he is on a promising trajectory in advancing medicine that can someday prevent or reverse human disease processes.
