Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Palacios pursued an education at The El Bosque University in Bogotá, Colombia, from which he earned a Doctor of Medicine in 1986. He concluded his studies at Pontifical Javierian University in 1990, graduating with a Master of Health Administration. Following these accomplishments, he garnered his certification in marketing management from EAFIT University in 1993. As a testament to his stellar endeavors, Dr. Palacios was notably presented with the President’s Award from Novartis AG for three consecutive years.
