Among her earlier positions, Dr. Lytle dedicated five years practicing as a doctor of naturopathic medicine at Tournesol Wellness in New York City, beginning in 2015. Her clinical work focused on holistic patient care and innovative treatment modalities. Dr. Lytle also excelled as a nutritional director and compliance officer at InVite Health in Westbury, New York, from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, Dr. Lytle received a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto in 2002, providing a strong foundation in holistic health care approaches that underpin her work today. While working toward her degrees, she held a teaching assistantship at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine from 2002 to 2003 and served as a teaching assistant and research assistant at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany between 2010 and 2011.
In addition to her formal education, Dr. Lytle holds several professional certifications that underscore her commitment to excellence. Since 2006, she has been recognized as a certified hypnotist. She also became a certified nutrition specialist in 2013.
Dr. Lytle’s dedication extends beyond clinical practice into civic engagement and community service. From 2017 to 2021, she served as a team leader for New York Cares after volunteering with the organization from 2016 to 2020, demonstrating leadership and compassion through various outreach initiatives.
