Patrick P. Yeung, Jr., MD

Title: Founder and Owner
Company: RESTORE Center for Endometriosis
Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States

Patrick P. Yeung, Jr., MD, Founder and Owner at RESTORE Center for Endometriosis, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Doctors for dedication, achievements, and leadership in endometriosis treatment and surgery.

With many years of experience to his credit, Dr. Yeung currently excels as the founder and owner of the RESTORE Center for Endometriosis, a specialized care facility dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment for endometriosis. In this position, he remains focused on removing the often underdiagnosed and untreated disease – instead of merely managing symptoms by addressing the root cause – which minimizes the need for repeat surgeries and enables natural conception without immediately resorting to IVF or long-term medication. Dr. Yeung specializes in the laparoscopic laser excision of endometriosis in both early and advanced stages, having treated the debilitating disease himself as a surgeon for more than 15 years with almost 4000 cases.

In addition to the recent founding of RESTORE Center for Endometriosis, Dr. Yeung has been given the status of adjunct professor and medical director for the Saint Louis University Center for Endometriosis between 2011 and 2021. Previously, he was the medical director for the Duke University Center for Endometriosis from 2008 to 2011.

To support his professional ambitions, Dr. Yeung pursued an education at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, from which he graduated with a Doctor of Medicine. He continued his academic efforts with a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Georgetown University Medical Center, a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (FMIGS) at the University of Louisville, and a further mini-fellowship in CO2 laser excision (LAPEX) at the Center for Endometriosis Care (CEC) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Yeung is affiliated several national and international organizations as the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL), the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals (AAFCP), the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetrician-Gynecologists (AAPLOG), the World Endometriosis Research Foundation (WEF), and the Catholic Medical Association (CMA). Through these organizations, he has given talks, taught postgraduate courses, and demonstrated surgery.

Dr. Yeung was inspired to enter the field of medicine by his grandfather, a doctor himself who inspired him to help others in need with his insightful and impactful stories of providing aid during wartime. He has been additionally motivated by his dedication to his patients, as his specialized treatment plans are rooted in curing the pain and fertility aspects of the disease and his patients have frequently offered their gratitude upon being able to live normally or achieve pregnancy after years of struggling. He is also showing through the results of a long-term, 10-year database that one-and-done surgery is possible. He is now seeking to train other surgeons in his specialized technique combining optimal excision with adhesion prevention. Dr. Yeung aims to increase the number of endometriosis patients who can move forward with an improved quality of life and achieve natural recurring fertility.
