Prior to this position, she founded Osprey Leadership Consulting in 2005. During her impressive 17-year tenure, she focused on executive coaching, team development, and organizational transformation. She used her extensive experience to help senior teams and boards of directors achieve their full potential, excelling in establishing trusted, confidential relationships with chief executives and top management teams and creating healthy and robust problem-solving environments that drove business growth through high-performing talent and teams.
Dr. Priebe Kearney also served as president of leadership and team development at BeamPines Inc. from 2005 to 2009 and as a senior partner at Whitehead Mann from 2002 to 2005. Earlier in her career, she was senior vice president at Summit Leadership Solutions from 1999 to 2002 and a senior program facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership’s Colorado Springs Branch from 1989 to 1999. Before embarking on her professional journey, Dr. Priebe Kearney completed her Bachelor of Science in exercise science at the University of New Hampshire in 1985. She then pursued a Master of Science in clinical psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 1995. Finally, she achieved her PhD in counseling psychology from the University of Denver in 1999.
