Prior to his current position, he was a staff pharmacist at Lutheran Hospital from 2012 to 2017, where he gained valuable experience that enhanced his proficiency in oncology pharmacy. He also served as a pharmacist intern at Family PharmaCare from 2008 to 2011, laying the foundation for his professional career. Initially, he worked as a pharmacy technician with CVS Health, previously PRN Pharmaceutical Services, an Omnicare Company, from 2007 to 2008.
Dr. Foreman’s academic journey began at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where he completed his pharmacy school prerequisites in 2008 and was one of the founding fathers of the Indiana Chapter of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. He then earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University in 2012. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and patient care. A notable achievement was the establishment of an oncology clinic at Witham Health Services. Despite the initial belief that the clinic was operational, he discovered it needed to be built from scratch. Leveraging his experience, he played an instrumental role in launching and growing the clinic to its current success.
Dr. Foreman’s professional affiliations and community involvement reflect his dedication to his field and continuous pursuit of knowledge. He has received several accolades, including the Sunflower Award from Witham Health Services in 2023, which recognized his exceptional service and patient care. He attributes his success to his dedication, the upbringing by his parents, hard work, and strong ethical principles.
