With 32 years of experience to his credit, Dr. Kamble has excelled as a global health consultant and president of Development Paradigm 360 Inc. since 2012. He began his career as a primary care physician at his self-owned medical practice from 1992 to 2003. Concurrently, he found success as proprietor and chief executive officer at ACME Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. from 1993 to 2003. He served as a principal consultant of public health at HOSMAC India Pvt. Ltd. in 2007. He worked as a public health manager at EPOS Health (India) Pvt Ltd in 2008 before immigrating to the United States later that year.
Throughout his lengthy career, Dr. Kamble established himself as a consultant or an advisor for a variety of companies and in a wide array of specializations. He consulted at the World Health Organization in India, the Jharkhand Health Society with the government of Jharkhand, the Population Foundation of India and the NAANDI Foundation, KPMG Bahrain and Health Authority of Abu Dhabi, the Futures Group International and Abt Associates of India, Finconsult Pvt. Ltd., the Empower School of Health and KPMG LLP, the Cardno Emerging Markets and Supply Chain Innovations, the O3i Global and Global Drug Facility of the World Health Organization, the Office of Inspector General of the Global Fund, and several other organizations.
Dr. Kamble continued his career as team lead at QED Groupllc from 2017 to 2018. He established himself as executive director and health lead of the SATO Management Institute from 2014 to 2019. He was appointed to the role of evaluation lead at KIRK Humanitarian from 2019 to 2020. He has garnered a stellar reputation as team lead evaluation at Management Systems International since 2023.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Kamble pursued an education at Grant Government Medical College, affiliated with the University of Mumbai, where he earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in clinical medicine in 1992. He was selected as an associate fellow of occupational health at the Central Labour Institute with the Directorate General of Factory Advisory Services Limited in 2002. He continued his academic efforts at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, obtaining a Master of Public Health in global health in 2010. He is a PhD candidate in health systems and policy at the University of Memphis. He holds certifications from the University of Michigan and Coursera.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Dr. Kamble has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He held the role of medical doctor at Annasaheb Jadhav Medical Trust from 1992 to 2003. In addition to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Indian Medical Association, the Global Health Practitioners’ Forum, and the Indian Occupational Health Association. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career, including a felicitation from the local Rotary Club and the government of India to the World Health Organization.
