Continuing her academic pursuit, she obtained a Doctor of Medicine in pathology from Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, India, in 2007. Following this, she completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of South Alabama in 2020 and pursued fellowships in surgical pathology and hematopathology at Baylor College of Medicine in 2021 and 2022. She further bolstered her credentials with board certifications in hematopathology and anatomic and clinical pathology from the American Board of Pathology.
