With many years of experience to his credit, Dr. Ainslie has excelled as a dentist with the Peterborough Family Dental & Implant Center since 2004. He has been additionally active as the president of the aforementioned center since 2015. Prior to these positions, he worked in a brain injury clinic. Dr. Ainslie began his career as a staff research associate for the osteoporosis and arthritis research group at the University of California San Francisco.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Ainslie pursued an education at the University of California Davis, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in biological science with an emphasis in microbiology and a minor in art in 1996. He concluded his studies at New York University in 2004, graduating from the College of Dentistry with a DDS with elective honors in oral medicine. In addition to these academic accomplishments, Dr. Ainslie was mentored by Dr. Paul Jane and Dr. David Hestrom, whose tradition of excellent quality and care paved the way for his own success in his field.
Beyond his primary responsibilities, Dr. Ainslie has been dedicated to numerous endeavors outside of his immediate circles. Having supported various charities through the Peterborough Family Dental and Implant Center, he has also contributed to the International Dental Implant Association as a participant in their dental implant missions in the Dominican Republic. Moreover, he has been affiliated with the American Dental Association and the Monadnock Dental Society. Dr. Ainslie was notably designated as the honorary co-founder of the Vail Film Festival at the Colorado Film Institute.
Overcoming his struggles with dyslexia during his formative years due to his hard work and perseverance, Dr. Ainslie attributes his success to his passion for improving his craft and providing the best care for his patients. Hailing from a family of doctors, he was drawn to medicine through their encouragement. Among his most notable achievements, Dr. Ainslie is proud to perform full-mouth restorations with implants and crafting crowns for his patients utilizing a hybrid of hand-made and computer-aided designs.
