He concluded his formal academic studies at the Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991, graduating with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Following these accomplishments, Dr. Siddique completed an internship and a residency in internal medicine at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1994 as well as a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine and research fellowship in pulmonary medicine at Case Western Reserve University in 1997.
An accomplished author and educator in his field, Dr. Siddique has accrued several accolades throughout his career. Distinguished as a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc., the American College of Chest Physicians, the American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, he was notably recognized among America’s Most Honored Top One Percent in 2016 and 2017, America’s Most Honored Top Five Percent in 2018 and 2020, America’s Most Honored Top Ten Percent in 2019 and 2022, Healthy Living New Jersey Top Doctors in 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2022, and New Jersey Top Doctors in 2022 and 2023. Furthermore, Dr. Siddique was presented with the Outstanding Teaching Award from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1994, the Teaching Excellence Award from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1999 and 2001, and a Vitals Patients’ Choice Award from 2010 to 2017.
Dr. Siddique attributes his success to the influence and support of his family, including his parents, who instilled within him his stellar work ethic and purpose-driven mentality, and his wife, who has strongly shepherded his personal and professional development. Motivated by his passion for science and teaching, he established Sleep and Wellness Medical Associates to pursue a holistic/integrative functional anti-aging medicine practice in order to optimize his patients’ quality of life in all dimensions. Among the many highlights of his career, he is incredibly proud of growing his business tremendously since opening in 2009 and the legacy he has cemented in academia through training many residents, medical students, physician assistant students, and nursing students.
