Dr. Adewole is an experienced medical professional with more than 15 years of experience. Since 2017, he has excelled as the lead physician with the Pristine Health Clinic, previously serving as a physician with the clinic from 2014 to 2017. From 2012 to 2014, he was a family medicine resident at the University of Calgary. From 2011 to 2012, Dr. Adewole was a clinical assistant with the Coral Springs Medical Clinic.
From 2008 to 2011, Dr. Adewole worked in the communicable disease clinic with Intermediate Hospital. He garnered experience as a medical officer at Francistown City Council Clinics from 2007 to 2008 and as a general practitioner at the Palmgrove Medical Clinic in 2007. Dr. Adewole began his career as a medical intern at Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital from 2004 to 2005.
In preparation for his professional pursuits, Dr. Adewole graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2004 and earned a diploma in HIV management from the College of Family Practitioners of South Africa in 2008. In 2009, he obtained a Master of Business Administration from Delta International University, and in 2010, he earned a Master of Public Health from the University of Manchester. Dr. Adewole completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Calgary in 2014 and earned a postgraduate diploma in practical dermatology from Cardiff University in 2015. After obtaining an additional dermatology diploma in 2016, Dr. Adewole graduated from the University of South Wales with a Master of Science in dermatology in 2019.
Dr. Adewole was recognized for his professional excellence with a Clinical Preceptor of the Year award from the University of Calgary in 2023. In 2022, he was named Clinical Lecturer of the Year at the same institution. To keep abreast of his field, he maintains membership with the Alberta Medical Association and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. In his spare time, Dr. Adewole enjoys reaching out to the homeless and playing chess.
