With over a decade of experience to her credit, Dr. Hudson is a rising leader in the field of family medicine. Specializing in various nursing procedures for women’s health and hormone regulation, she has operated as the owner and lead healthcare provider at Compass Family Health LLC since 2018. Additionally, she serves in similar leadership roles at Compass Hormone Health LLC, a secondary arm of her core healthcare clinic. Adjacent to her primary duties as the manager of her own facilities, Dr. Hudson has also worked with Seacoast Toy Tower LLC as the chief executive officer since 2011. Ever committed to her professional endeavors, she also remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Phi Theta Kappa nursing honor society, and the Golden Key International Honour Society.
As part of her vocational journey, Dr. Hudson cultivated her formal education, ultimately achieving a Doctor of Nursing Practice in nursing science at Purdue University Global in 2020. In addition to her extensive academic credentials, she has also been recognized as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and as a certified family nurse practitioner. Likewise, she is licensed in pediatric advanced life support (PALS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). To commemorate her achievements in the field, Dr. Hudson has been honored with numerous accolades, including recognition as the Best of Dover as a Medical Practitioner in 2017 and 2018. She also received a Star Achievement Award from Quarter One in 2015, and she was previously inducted into The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement. Attributing her success to her parents, who taught her many valuable lessons, Dr. Hudson is particularly proud to have begun her own thriving medical practice, which she hopes to continue expanding in the coming years.
