Since 1987, Dr. Reeh has found success as the owner, doctor, and dentist at River Valley Endodontics. Alongside this position, he works as a consultant for the 3M Dental Division and Carestream Dental. As an innovator in his field, Dr. Reeh holds two patents for dental technology, which he earned in 1995. He has also served as a volunteer researcher at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Reeh prepared for his career at the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry with a minor in business. He went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta’s School of Dentistry and completed specialty training in endodontics at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Reeh concluded his higher education at the University of Minnesota, obtaining a Master of Science in material science and graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in biophysics with a minor in engineering.
Dr. Reeh is additionally a board-certified endodontist by the American Board of Endodontics and a fellow of the American Association of Endodontists. A licensed dentist in the state of Minnesota, his findings have been published in numerous professional journals, case reports, and abstracts. Dr. Reeh has also been a lecturer in his field, both domestically and internationally.
For his accomplishments, Dr. Reeh was recognized with a James McCutcheon Honor Award from the University of Alberta School of Dentistry. Mpls.St.Paul Magazine also named him a Top Dentist in the Endodontist Category. To keep abreast of developments in his field, he is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Board of Endodontics.
As a child, Dr. Reeh was fascinated with disassembling and repairing watches, which developed his manual dexterity that would later contribute to his expertise in dentistry. Among his career accomplishments, he is proudest of his master’s thesis, which is one of the most cited works in the field of endodontics. In the coming years, Dr. Reeh looks forward to raising his children and continue his success at his current dentistry practice. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, cars, gardening, cooking, and baking.
