Rebecca Brauch, Physician at Signify Health, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Doctors for dedication, achievements, and leadership in internal medicine.
After initially obtaining a Bachelor of Science in biology in 2002 from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Dr. Brauch subsequently earned a Medical Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2008 and served a psychiatry residency with New York University the same year. She then completed a residency in internal medicine with Cleveland Clinic Akron General in Ohio from 2010 to 2014, where she excelled as house staff association president from 2013 to 2014, and a fellowship with the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida from 2014 to 2016.
Dr. Brauch provided superior care as a physician specializing in internal medicine and infectious disease with Medical Associates of Cambridge, Inc., Cambridge, Ohio from 2017 to 2020, Holzer Health System in Gallipolis, Ohio from 2020 to 2021, and since 2022 with home health evaluations at Signify Health. As a commitment to her field, she has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians and the Infectious Disease Society of America. She is licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida.
Avidly involved with community affairs, Dr. Brauch has volunteered with St. Bernard’s Pantry in Newport, Kentucky; as a fundraiser for candidate Jill King; and with Mental Health America in Newport. Additionally, she has served as a counselor with homeless services organization Tender Mercies and with Sober Living, both in Cincinnati, and has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity International in Louisville. She is the author of several research papers and contributor of numerous articles to professional journals. Dr. Brauch has received a Best Consult Service Award in 2016 and is the recipient of honors in anesthesia, psychiatry, clinical neurosciences, physiology, neurosciences, microstructure and development and special accommodation in internal medicine.
Dr. Brauch attributes her success to her determination and to her family for their support, as well as to her proper upbringing and good values. Graduating from the medical residency has been Dr. Brauch’s most notable accomplishment, and she is also most proud of educating herself to patient care and receiving good feedback from patients for improved health outcomes. In the coming years, Dr. Brauch hopes to continue her work as a physician, most specifically her community work. Additionally, she hopes to be involved in academia and research in the future.
