After initially obtaining Bachelors of Science in Human Biology specializing in social aspects of health and disease as well as the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin in 2006, Dr. Suliman continued her education with a Medical Doctor from Ross University School of Medicine in 2010. She then completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Monmouth Medical Center in 2014. Dr. Suliman is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) as well as in robotic surgery. In addition, she is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey, South Carolina and Texas.
From 2014 to 2020, Dr. Suliman excelled as an OB/GYN specialist at Grande Dunes OB/GYN and Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. Since 2020, Dr. Suliman has been affiliated with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a leading medical center serving the Houston area, where she provides superior care as an obstetrician and gynecologist specializing in minimally invasive surgery through robotics. In recognition of her service, she garnered a Top Doctor in the Area Award in 2021.
Dr. Suliman attributes her success to her compassion for others. She became involved in her profession because of her interest in the medical field and her aspiration to become a physician since she was 12 years old. She considered being in the medical field a life purpose and a calling. As a career highlight, Dr. Suliman is most proud of her surgical skills as well as being certified in robotic surgery. In the coming years, she hopes to continue to excel as an obstetrician and gynecologist and continue to advance in her career.
