Hailing from Colombia, Dr. Cassir originally obtained a bachelor’s degree from Hunter College in New York and subsequently a Doctor of Medicine in 1969 from Universidad de Valle in Cali, Colombia. As a physician, he has excelled in the field of radiation oncology and stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) for more than four decades. His professional memberships include the American Medical Association and the American Society for Radiation Oncology.
Having grown up in a dysfunctional family which affected him profoundly, he had a calling and intuition that when he would have a family of his own, he would be there for them for the rest of their lives. He took his pain and turned it into something that would reverse the situation.
Inspired by the work of Dr. Albert Schweitzer, the French-German physician who went to Africa to do missionary work, Dr. Cassir had a calling from his heart to continue his career as a healer and to teach young prospective parents of today to prepare for parenthood by being conscious parents who conceive conscious children who are happy, loving, imaginative and confident and developed the method he calls the Intentional Conception System to help parents discover how to build a life and family of their dreams.
