She began working as a physician in Roseville in 2000, and also offered her time on the advisory committee of the physician assistance program at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Bigler is also a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American College of Physicians, and the Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society.
In addition to her honors from the Tribune, Dr. Bigler received a 2016 Distinguished Doctor Recognition, inclusion with the 2014 Top Ten Internal Medicine Doctors in Roseville from Vitals.com, and honored inclusion as a Most Compassionate Doctor in 2009, 2011, and 2012. She is a featured listee in the American Registry of American Top Doctors from 2005 to 2012. Dr. Bigler continues to work for Dignity Health, a nonprofit company that is dedicated to covering the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of its patients.
