She originally joined the business in 2005 as a dentist, and since then, she has thrived as a specialist in general, family, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Furthermore, Dr. Collins has been recognized as a “Qualified Sleep Dentist,” having studied and trained with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, where she maintains her status as a diplomate. She completed her residency in dental sleep medicine at the University of North Carolina.
As part of her dedication to her profession, Dr. Collins also remains affiliated with the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society. She is also committed to civic advocacy, regularly participating in community-focused endeavors at her local First Baptist Church. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, she pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in biology, summa cum laude, at Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2000 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Dentistry, with honors, in 2005. Attributing much of her success to the love and support of her family, Dr. Collins is most notably proud of her practice, where she and her colleagues tirelessly serve their patients and commit themselves to professional excellence. Looking to the future, she hopes to expand her practice by opening another office.
