Before embarking on his vocational journey, Dr. Abbud pursued a formal education. Originally from Lebanon, he began his studies at the American University of Beirut, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1987 and a Doctor of Medicine in 1991. In addition to his academic credentials, he is also board certified in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology. Well-regarded for his scholarly output, he has published numerous articles and papers pertaining to cardiovascular research. Attributing much of his success to the love and support of his wife, family and colleagues, Dr. Abbud is notably proud to have established his own independent practice, which he hopes to continue operating for many more years.
