Alongside her primary roles, she has been a member of the board of directors for Literacy for life, a group leader for Be the Bridge, a member of the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation, and a member and mentor with the New Zion Baptist Church. Dr. Ranger was a past member of the board of directors for the Walsingham Academy and has been a member of the editorial advisory board of Pharmacy Today.
Dr. Ranger prepared for her career at Hampton University, graduating in 2012 with a Doctor of Pharmacy. She is additionally certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, automated external defibrillator use, first aid, and vaccine immunization. She is the author of “Mustard Seed Mentality: UnscRxipted Pearls of Wisdom from a Wife, Mother, and Entrepreneur,” published in 2021, and has been a columnist for “ParentLife UnscRxipted” with the Virginia Gazette. For her accomplishments, Dr. Ranger has been recognized in 40 Under 40 by Hampton Road Inside Business in 2022 and Top 15 Under 50 by the Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce Business Council. Drug Store News named her to Top Women in Health, Wellness, and Beauty for Commitment to Care and Hampton Roads Inside Business named her to Top 20 Women in Business. In the coming years, Dr. Ranger’s goal is to open another location in Williamsburg, Virginia, and publish another book.
