Max Gorishek Morgan, MD, FAAFP, Medical Doctor, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Doctors for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health care.
Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Morgan has found success as a medical practitioner. He prepared for his career at the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he graduated with a Doctor of Medicine in 1971. He completed an internship at the Oakland Regional Hospital and a family medicine residency at the Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center before attending the University of Utah and completing SWAT and flight training.
To keep abreast of changes in his field, Dr. Morgan maintains affiliation with multiple professional organizations related to his career. He is a member of the Utah Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Morgan was recognized with the States Medal Award for Wildlife Management in 2001 and the Police Surgeon Badge from the Governor of Utah in 1992. He attributes his success to the support of his parents, and to the inspiration of his uncle, Dr. William Gorishek. In the coming years, Dr. Morgan hopes to participate in a community health network.
