Following obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Dr. Salimi subsequently earned a Master of Science in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He continued his education with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2016 and gained valuable experience as an oral surgery clerk in the emergency clinic of University of Maryland.
Currently, Dr. Salimi is providing superior care as a dentist with Expert Smiles, a premier practice in College Park, Maryland. He an active member in many dental societies, including the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Maryland Dental Association. In recognition of his excellent practice, Dr. Salimi was honored with Dentist of the Year in the Top 100 Registry in Business Leaders and Professionals in 2020 and Top General and Cosmetic Dentist in Top Doctors in 2019.
Dr. Salimi attributes his success to the love and support of his family, his wife, and especially his father, a retired surgeon, who was a great role model. What gives him the most pleasure is sharing his success with the people who dedicated their time, their heart, and soul to his practice. In the near future, Dr. Salimi is looking forward to opening a second office in Maryland.
