She is currently active as the president of the National Community Service Organization for African American Women. Moreover, Dr. Moragne has been affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise, including the American Academy of Family Practice, the National Medical Association, the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).

As a testament to her exceptional undertakings, Dr. Moragne has accrued several accolades throughout her impressive career. In recent years, she was recognized with a Top Doctors Award between 2019 and 2021 as well as a Women of Distinction Award in 2022. She was additionally presented with a New Business Award and a Diamond Award from the African-American Chamber of Commerce in Jackson, Tennessee. The recipient of the Community Partner Award from the  Jackson Madison County branch of the NAACP, Dr. Moragne was likewise honored at the Stevie Awards for Women in Business with the 2020 Silver Stevie Award, the American Business Award, the Minority-Owned Business of the Year Award and the Frontline Medical Hero of the Year Award.

Greatly inspired by her parents, whom she credits as her mentors, Dr. Moragne was drawn to her profession due to her lifelong interest in the field of medicine, especially in terms of caring for patients from underrepresented populations. She attributes her success to her drive, dedication and her hard work. Among the many highlights of her careers, she is incredibly proud to have established a practice in her community, through which she is able to help patients in her region. Looking toward the future, Dr. Moragne hopes to continue supporting the next generation of medical students through her mentoring academy and a scholarship foundation.
