Following coursework in biochemistry from 1984 to 1988 at Penn State University, Dr. Reinhart obtained a Doctor of Medicine in 1992 from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He then served an internship with St. Luke’s Hospital from 1993 to 1993 and followed with a residency in diagnostic radiology from 1993 to 1997 with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire and a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology from 1997 to 1998 at Harvard Medical School in Boston. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology with a subspecialty in vascular and interventional radiology.

To remain aware of changes and advancement in his field, Dr. Reinhart maintains affiliation with the Society of Interventional Radiology, American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America and the American Roentgen Ray Society. As a career highlight, he cites seeing seriously ill patients’ recovery and discharge from the hospital. In the coming years, Dr. Reinhart plans to be transitioning to retirement and handling off the residency program he helped build and the medical staff leadership as vice president for medical affairs to a younger, competent person.
