He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and has been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Joseph attributes his success to family support and devotion to maximizing his potential by education, perseverance, discipline and hard work. Originally inclined toward a career as a biologist, he was inspired to concentrate on heart health by his troubles with rheumatic fever as a child, and as a heart specialist, he has made a substantial effort helping people reduce the risk of developing heart disease. What stands out the most in Dr. Joseph’s life has been his marriage to his wife, as well as the birth of his children and grandchildren. Several of his grandchildren are studying in excellent schools and heading toward various promising career paths in science.
