Jeremy L. Clay MD, MPH, Physician at Adventist Health Ukiah Valley, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Doctors for dedication, achievements, and leadership in family practice.
Since 2021, Dr. Clay has excelled as a physician with Adventist Health Ukiah Valley, a premier medical facility in rural California north of San Francisco, bringing experience in treating chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety and medication management. In addition, he serves as a chief resident with Loma Linda University School of Medicine.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in 2012 in business administration from Walla Walla University in College Place, Washington, Dr. Clay continued his education with a medical doctorate from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He is licensed to practice in the state of California and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Clay’s honors include a Dedicated Service in Leadership Award from Loma Linda University, and he has spent a year in the Republic of Palau with a student mission teaching high school science and choir.
Dr. Clay attributes his success to his determination, his father who provided a stellar example, and his many mentors. In the coming years, he hopes to run a lifestyle medicine center and influence the leadership in his local community to inspire health. He is also working on incorporating the Blue Zones Project, which uses permanent, evidence-based environmental and policy changes to motivate residents to adopt and maintain healthier lifestyles, into his practice.
