After initially obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1995, Dr. Grover continued her education with a medical doctorate from Tufts University in Boston in 1999. She thereupon served an internship with Catholic Health Partners in Chicago, a residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a fellowship at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Dr. Grover provided superior care as an anesthesiologist with Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, New York from 2008 to 2011 and in private practice from 2011 to 2013.
In 2013, Dr. Grover joined Granite State Pain Associates, Concord, where her specialties include palliative or end-of-life care, peripheral neuropathies including diabetic neuropathies and HIV-related neuropathies, fibromyalgia, diffuse body pain, myofascial disease, addiction medicine and pain in those with substance abuse issues, and failed back and neck syndromes. Dr. Grover’s memberships include the American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the North American Spine Society.
Dr. Grover became involved in her profession because her mother and paternal grandmother were both nurses. Her reason for choosing pain management is because it is a blend of the intellectual and practical. In the coming years, she intends to continue aiding patients at Granite State Pain Associates.
