Rabahuddin Syed, MD, Medical Doctor and Consultant, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Doctors for dedication, achievements, and leadership in internal medicine.

Dr. Syed chose the medical field because it provided a sustainable career. He decided to study in America and finished his degree early. He then joined the CDC, where he did some of their heaviest research and his career has been following that same path since. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Georgia State University in 2009. From there, he received a Doctor of Medicine from Ross University in 2015. He then took coursework in internal medicine at Memorial Health University Medical Center from 2015 to 2018. In 2016, he was a resident in internal medicine. Prior to accepting his current position as a delegating physician at Sheffrin Men’s Health in July 2021, Dr. Syed practiced for Bubolo Medical from November 2020 to June 2021. His main area of practice is in men’s health, including testosterone replacement therapy and primary care medicine. In September 2021, he joined the clinical trials of INOVA.

Dr. Syed loves the work he does. He believes his success is a result of him building on his foundation. He has excellent time management, which allows him to keep work flowing and maximizes his time for his patients throughout the day. he currently utilizes his experience as a contract and freelance consultant. At VireoHealth, he serves as the first physician in the state of Georgia to provide medical cannabis for intractable pain and to offset the opioid epidemic. As a doctor with TelevistMD, he is able to practice medicine anywhere in the world, and with Master Clinicians, he produces and is involved with continuing medical education content such as podcasts and workshops to enhance teaching to physicians and advanced providers. Prior to these roles, Dr. Syed served as a medical doctor with Nationwide Health Advocates and a physician with Veterans Evaluation Services and a general physician at Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. and TembiHealth. Since 2018, he has been a freelance hospitalist at Piedmont Healthcare. Previously, he was a general physician with Priority Men’s Health from 2019 to 2020, with Endurance Athlete with Ryan and Sara Hall from 2018 to 2019 and an anatomy teaching assistant in the Anatomy Department at Ross University from 2011 to 2012.

As a testament to his success, Dr. Syed received an Appreciation Award for Service Work from Memorial Health. He was inducted as a member of the American Urological Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, American College of Physicians, Massachusetts Medical Society and International Society of Sexual Medicine.
