To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, Dr. Vindhya was named to Tampa’s Annual Top Doctors in Anesthesiology by Tampa Magazine in both 2019 and 2020 and won the Golden Apple for Teaching Excellence by Nova Southeastern University in 2013, 2014, and 2016. Dr. Vindhya’s exemplary performance in the field was born from his academic journey, which began at Sri Subbaraya & Narayana College, where he attained a diploma in biology, physics, and chemistry in 1991. Following this accomplishment, he earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the Siddhartha Medical College & Research Institute of the Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences in 1997. Dr. Vindhya went on to undertaken various internships, fellowships, and residencies in both India and in the United States, where he was recognized as a fellow of both the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
