Dr. Langdon wrote “Langdon RC: Understanding Cosmetic Laser Surgery,” is a contributor of numerous articles and book chapters to professional scientific publications, and has been an invited speaker who has given lectures in the field at symposiums and conferences in the field of dermatology, including the Vegas Surgery Meeting in June 2019.

Dr. Langdon founded DERM-L at Yale University in 1994 and has served as the moderator since 1994. Additionally, he is an attending physician for West Haven VA Medical Center in Connecticut and Pioneer Hospital in Artesia, California, as well as a member of organizations such as the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the New Haven County Medical Association, among other groups. Dr. Langdon prepared for his career by earning a Bachelor of Science with honors as well as Doctor of Medicine from the University of Eugene. He holds medical licensure in the states of Connecticut and California and is certified by the American Board Dermatology, the American Board Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. As a testament to his success, Dr. Langdon has been lauded with the Argall L. and Anna G. Hull Cancer Research Award from the Yale University School of Medicine, the Physician Scientist Award from the National Institutes of Health, and has been featured in numerous editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare, Who’s Who in Science and Engineering, Who’s Who in the East, and Who’s Who in the World.
