Drawing upon more than 45 years of medical and surgical experience, Dr. Zoller is an accomplished otolaryngologist and educator who has been serving as the founder and president of Ear, Nose and Throat Associates in Savannah, GA, since 1977. Alongside this role, he has been the director of otology in the otoneurology department of St. Joseph’s Hospital, clinical professor of surgery at Mercer Medical School, and clinical professor of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at the Medical College of Georgia.
Prior to delving into his career, Dr. Zoller pursued formal education at the University of New Orleans, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1971. He subsequently received a medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. In 1974, he completed a residency in general surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital with the Washington University School of Medicine, having thereafter served in an additional residency in otolaryngology at Massachusetts Eye and Ear with Harvard Medical School from 1974 to 1977. He served as Clinical Fellow in Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School.
In recognition of his exceptional contributions to his profession and to the community, Dr. Zoller was named to the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame in 2015 and was honored as the Best E.N.T. Doctor by Savannah Magazine in 2012. He was presented with the C.G. Taylor Award from the Tulane Medical Alumni Association in 2009 and the Lester Brown Lifetime Achievement Award from the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2005. He was presented with the Young Leadership Award from the Savannah Jewish Federation in 1985.
